This signature all-levels vinyasa flow is a throwback to our funky, rock n' roll roots.
You can expect moody music, intuitive movement, and a high vibration community. Unique sequences, transformative adjustments and playful arm balances will leave you feeling energized and empowered. The class will be set to upbeat instructor-curated playlists or the soundtrack of a dreamy vinyl record from our friends downstairs, Good Records.

Travel back in time, visit with tradition, go back to the root.
Your 60/75 minutes* of prescribed breath and movement, led by a senior instructor in traditional Sanskrit count, will leave you with a prana high and a heart yearning for more.

OPEN PRACTICE ASHTANGA
Like the key of C in music, the Mysore method of Ashtanga Yoga is the root.
In a Mysore/open practice class, the student is taught a sequence of postures through one-on-one instruction. Initially, students may require more attention, but as they become proficient in their practice, they become more independent, receiving adjustments and assistance only when required.
This class is come-and-go - 530a is not a hard start time. You may or may not take up the entire duration of this time slot. Recommended for beginners looking for more one-on-one instruction OR advanced practitioners looking for assistance while going deeper into their practice.
Fridays @ 6a
Vinyasa is a flowing sequence of poses. This practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures which increases endurance, balance and flexibility.
All levels welcome. Beginner friendly.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT + MEDITATION
Everyday we wake, our bodies crave a little something different.. take some time to give it what it truly needs.
This signature slow flow class will help you drop your need to "do" and allow yourself to just "be." Spend 60 minutes drowning out the busyness of the outside world while nourishing your mind, body & spirit. You will be guided through slower, gentler movements, intentional breathing exercises & empowering meditations. We’ll spend time exploring the sensations of functional movement through the hips and shoulders to ease inflammation and promote proper alignment on and off of the mat.

CANDLELIT YIN YOGA
in yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.
Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

GUIDED HYPNOTIC MEDITATION
P A U S E. Shift out of a state of doing and into a state of simply being. Drop in & spend a little time indulging in whatever it is that you need. Meditation doesn't mean turning the mind off or creating a blank slate. In fact, it is quite the opposite - we become tuned into our "super-conscious" state. This shift in awareness gives a calming, objective perspective of ourselves, the world around us and the paths that we have travelled, are traveling, or will travel.
