  • Dallas Texas 75201 USA (map)

We're opening up this module of our Yoga Teacher Training for a one-of-a-kind workshop experience for the entire community! Join us Saturday, December 1st for a journey through the rich + dense history, philosophy and science behind Nadis, Chakras and Pranayama.

We're thrilled to announce that a couple of our close friends/ fellow healers, Rachel R Fox & Amanda Dunnavant from The Refuge Meditation, will be joining us for this immersive learning experience as guest instructors!

Module 1: The Subtle Body in the Modern World | A Practicum by Rachel Fox

As yoga practitioners, we endeavor to connect with our body on a myriad of levels. The acquisition of clear knowledge + direct experience of the subtle body can prove challenging for modern individuals, even those in the healing arts space.

Join The Refuge Meditation Founder & meditation educator, Rachel Fox, to expand your understanding of how to experience, approach + articulate this more esoteric layer of practice in the present day world.

Module 2: Yoga / Meditation for Subtle Body + Q&A by Amanda Dunnavant

Subtle body focused yoga + meditation provides practitioners an opportunity to spend time in a receptive + feeling mode, working on a deep level to balance an active lifestyle. Expect to engage every layer of yourself, finding comfort in stillness + connecting with yourself on a subtle level within.

Join The Refuge Co-Director + Educator Amanda Dunnavant as she guides you through this healing knowledge. Be sure to bring your best questions for an integrative Q&A to follow.
