First Rule of 2021, Don't Talk About 2020
I kid, I kid! Well, kind of.
Hi friends! Wow, what a roller coaster of a year. If I've learned anything in 2020 it's that the human spirit is quite strong, and resilient. It's been an interesting year with so many pivots for me and my family, and I know for many of you too. I feel like I've been dancing the hokey pokey since March, anyone else? Good thing we do yoga! Today I write to share that the pivot for 2021 points to a palace, a Super Yoga Palace.
I'm very excited to announce that beginning January 2nd our current online offerings will be available in person as well. We have family rules to follow, C*vid protocol and such.. but we will all be together!
Keeping our stress levels at bay is crucial during this crazy time in history. Eating well, outdoor activities, online and in person yoga are all incredible ways to support the immune system by keeping mind and body in balance.
