Our signature all-levels vinyasa flow is a salute to the evolution of the yoga practice.

This flow embraces elements from some of our favorite modalities and lineages of yoga including hatha, and ashtanga. You can expect intuitive movement and unique sequences to leave you feeling energized and empowered.

It's the best of both worlds - an ancient practice thoughtfully mixed with modern-day flair. Root down. Rise up. Ignite your soul.
This is your 60 minutes of prescribed breath and movement.
An invigorating flow with a taste of tradition - a nod to the root of yoga. This class will leave you with prana high and a heart yearning for more.


All levels welcome. Great for individuals who are looking
to get a taste of the ashtanga practice.

"Sun" (ha) & "moon" (tha) - the yoga of balance, pattern and measure. Learn Katonah inspired technique and gain perspective while organizing the body in time + space. Become embodied and spherical. 

You can expect longer holds with props, detoxifying twists and transformative verbal adjustments. All levels welcome.

Everyday we wake, our bodies crave a little something different..
take some time to give it what it truly needs.

This signature slow flow class will help you drop your need to "do" and allow yourself to just "be." Spend 60 minutes drowning out the busyness
of the outside world while nourishing your mind, body & spirit. You will be guided through slower, gentler movements, intentional breathing exercises & empowering meditations. We’ll spend time exploring the sensations of functional movement through the hips and shoulders to ease inflammation and promote proper alignment on and off of the mat.

P A U S E. Shift out of a state of doing and into a state of simply being. Drop in & spend a little time indulging in whatever it is that you need. Meditation doesn't mean turning the mind off or creating a blank slate. In fact, it is quite the opposite - we become tuned into our "super-conscious" state. This shift in awareness gives a calming, objective perspective of ourselves, the world around us and the paths that we have travelled, are traveling, or will travel.

Come get cozy as our gifted instructor will hold space and guide you through 30 minutes of visualization meditations. We will quiet the mind and allow the soul to speak.
